Gratitudes and intentions
2020 has been a different and difficult year for many people. I think it is really important to leave 2020 with a healthy mindset and look at it with gratitude and not resentment. For me personally, I have not achieved as much as I would have liked this year, but that doesn't mean I haven't had many personal achievements still. For clarity and to be able to let go of the year 2020, I used the below template to set myself free.

Here are a few examples of intentions, again a few are mine:
